Checklist of the Dutch mosses and liverworts
This updated census of the Dutch bryophyte flora contains 430 species (including 29 Sphagna) and 12 varieties of mosses, and 128 species of liverworts. Changes and additions in comparison to the previous list (Dirkse et al. 1988, Lindbergia 14: 167-175) are briefly commented upon. The four-digit and eight-letter codes used for database purposes have been updated as well. A list of synonyms provides a link with bryophyte floras of The Netherlands and neighbouring countries.
